Positive: We would like to say a big thank you again for the warm welcome! Everything was even better than we could have imagined: 1. The flat was just a short walk from the lake and the ferry, which we took to get to Bellagio. 2. On the day of our arrival, Alex and Elena greeted us in person. They shared some great tips on where to go and how to make the most of our time. 3. The flat itself had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom stocked with shampoos and shower gels, and there was even a washing machine. Everything was spotless…and the balcony was simply amazing! We were so happy to be there. It felt peaceful and far from the hustle and bustle. We would highly recommend staying here. Thank you once again!
